Tiroler Gröstl Temptation

Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 150g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
  2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are golden and crispy.
  4. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  5. Season the potatoes and eggs with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the crispy bacon on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
