Tivat Fig And Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients
- 12 slices of baguette, about 1/2 inch thick
- 6 fresh figs, sliced
- 6 slices of prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup of balsamic glaze
- 4 oz of goat cheese
- 2 tbsp of honey
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the stovetop grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on each grilled baguette slice.
- Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each fig slice and place it on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle the crostini with balsamic glaze and honey.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
