Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chinese egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they begin to soften.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
