Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and pineapple juice to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork belly to the marinade and mix well to ensure the pork is fully coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated pork slices. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the pork is caramelized and fully cooked.
