Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and pineapple juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced pork belly to the marinade and mix well to ensure the pork is fully coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
