Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, such as cod or haddock, finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup green beans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup long beans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped fish, red curry paste, egg, fish sauce, and sugar until well combined.
- Add the green beans, kaffir lime leaves, cilantro, long beans, and coconut milk to the fish mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Form the fish mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the fish cakes from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the Tod Mun Pla hot with a side of sweet chili dipping sauce.
