Ingredients

  • 300g firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
