Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice blend
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and tikka masala spice blend. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
