Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
