Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Return the cooked beef to the pan and add the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
