Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef, cubed
- 2 cups rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
