Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the paprika, cayenne pepper, and ground coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the beef is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
