Togolese Spiced Chickpea and Spinach Stew (Ragoût de Pois Chiches et Épinards Épicé)

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 5 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
