Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create the spice blend.
  2. Rub the spice blend onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
