Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Togolese curry powder
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
