  • 2 shallots, halved

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Handful of fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the stock to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and shallots. Simmer for 5 minutes.
