Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Stir in the raisins, olives, tomato sauce, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cut the tops off the tomatoes and carefully scoop out the insides, leaving a sturdy shell. Sprinkle the insides with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each tomato with the picadillo mixture, mounding it on top. Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender but still hold their shape.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
