Ingredients

  • 1 inch of ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice and cook it with water and diced tomatoes in a rice cooker.
