Ingredients
- 2 cups of long-grain rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Instructions
- Rinse the rice and cook it with water and diced tomatoes in a rice cooker.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chili powder, turmeric powder, and cinnamon stick to the pan, and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
- Stir in the tomato paste, sugar, and salt. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Serve the spicy tomato chicken over the tomato rice.
