Tong Ho

Ingredients
- 1 bunch tong ho
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the tong ho thoroughly and drain.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the tong ho to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
