Ingredients

  • 1 bunch tong ho
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash the tong ho thoroughly and drain.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the tong ho to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
