Instructions

- In a food processor, combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the dough comes together.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, covering the bottom and sides. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange zest, orange juice, 1 cup sugar, pistachios, eggs, and heavy cream. Pour the mixture into the cooled tart crust.
