Instructions

- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, covering the bottom and sides. Prick the bottom with a fork and chill for 30 minutes.

- In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth. Spread the mixture into the cooled tart shell.
