Torte Me Arra (kosovan Walnut Cake)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
