Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the gofio, mashed banana, baking powder, honey, milk, egg, and salt until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it slightly to form a small pancake.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve the tortitas de gofio warm, with toppings of your choice.
