Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

- In a large, deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
