Tovuq Kabob (savory Stuffed Bell Peppers)

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, cooked rice, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken and rice mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the Tovuq Kabob hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
