Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lamb cubes, chopped onion, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mint sauce by blending the mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
