Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the mint sauce:
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lamb cubes, chopped onion, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the mint sauce by blending the mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
