Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of lamb, finely ground
  • 1 lb of lamb fat, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of salt
  • 2 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of cold water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, lamb fat, salt, black pepper, and cumin seeds.
  2. Add the cold water to the mixture and mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Stuff the mixture into sausage casings, tying off the ends to form individual sausages.
  4. In a large pot of boiling water, carefully place the sausages and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the sausages from the water and let them cool before serving.
