Ingredients
- 2 lbs of lamb, finely ground
- 1 lb of lamb fat, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of salt
- 2 tbsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup of cold water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, lamb fat, salt, black pepper, and cumin seeds.
- Add the cold water to the mixture and mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Stuff the mixture into sausage casings, tying off the ends to form individual sausages.
- In a large pot of boiling water, carefully place the sausages and simmer for 2 hours.
- Remove the sausages from the water and let them cool before serving.
