Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
