Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the lamb and onions in olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Transfer the lamb and onions to a baking dish.
  4. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the lamb.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the yogurt mixture over the lamb and tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown.
