Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb or beef, cut into chunks
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 parsnips, sliced
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the meat over medium heat.
