Ingredients

Instructions
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the loose-leaf green tea. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea and discard the leaves.
- Place a steamer basket in the pot and add the broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, and zucchini. Cover and steam for 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
