Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a separate pan, cook the apples with butter and cinnamon until they are soft and caramelized.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
  4. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Spread the apple filling on each pancake, roll it up, and dust with powdered sugar.
