Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt to make the pancake batter.
- In a separate pan, cook the apples with butter and cinnamon until they are soft and caramelized.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
- Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spread the apple filling on each pancake, roll it up, and dust with powdered sugar.
