Ingredients
- 2 cups dried beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Soak the dried beans in water overnight.
- In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the soaked beans, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
