Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add the carrots, potatoes, and cabbage to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour until the vegetables are tender.
