Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are cooked through, remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
