Transylvanian Sausage and Potato Casserole (Kolbászos Krumpli)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  6. Once the potatoes are cooked through, remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
