Ingredients

  • 1 lb kolbász sausage, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the sliced kolbász sausage until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and cook until the onions are soft.
  3. Stir in the diced bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, sweet paprika, and caraway seeds.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
