Travnik Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Bell Peppers (Travničke Punjene Paprike sa Sirom i Spanaćem)

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 200g feta cheese
- 150g fresh spinach
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the feta cheese, spinach, onion, garlic, cooked rice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the stuffed bell peppers in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
- Serve the stuffed bell peppers hot and enjoy!
