Ingredients
- 12 sheets of phyllo dough
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
- Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter.
- Place another sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with melted butter.
