Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 300ml lukewarm water

Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Punch down the dough and knead in the grated Swiss cheese and diced bacon until well combined.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
