Trilobite Tandoori
Trilobite Tandoori is a delicious dish inspired by the Devonian period, featuring the unique flavors of ancient cuisine.
Ingredients
- 4 trilobites, cleaned and deveined
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the cleaned trilobites to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated trilobites for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
