Ingredients

  • 4 trilobites, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the cleaned trilobites to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated trilobites for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
