Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
- Add the pork cubes to the bowl and toss to coat the meat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the pork simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and serve hot.
