Ingredients

  • 2 large taro roots, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced taro in a pot of water until tender, then drain and set aside.

  3. Add the boiled taro, mango, and pineapple to the pan, and stir gently to combine.

  5. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
