  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours, or until it is firm enough to scoop.
  6. Using a small spoon or melon baller, scoop out small portions of the chocolate mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
  7. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
  8. Place the truffles in mini cupcake liners for serving.
