Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, egg, sour cream, and salt to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thin rectangle. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 1-inch slices. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, or until the Štrukli is golden brown.
