Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, egg, sour cream, and salt to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thin rectangle. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 1-inch slices. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.
