Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted barley flour (Tsampa)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the roasted barley flour and salt.
- Add water gradually and mix to form a crumbly texture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the barley mixture.
