Ttavas Temptation

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the sliced onions to the pot and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Return the chicken to the pot and add the potatoes, tomatoes, chicken broth, and white wine. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
