Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Season with salt, sugar, and white pepper, and continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
