Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or snapper)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 red chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and red chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
