Ingredients
- 500g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and red chili, stir-fry for 1 minute.
