Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
