Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-inch piece ginger, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
  4. Add the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
