Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch piece ginger, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
- Add the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
