Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef slices with jerk seasoning and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
