Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the tuna with lime juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and red chili, then sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated tuna into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tuna is no longer pink.
