  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the tuna with lime juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and red chili, then sauté until fragrant.
